DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time is 1 to 4 days after payment is received.

PRICES

Prices are per unit and in euros. They will be as listed on our website at the time of order acceptance. Sales prices may change without notice, but prices at the time of purchase will be honored.

PAYMENT METHOD AND TRANSPORT

Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method, and transportation is at the Buyer’s expense and risk.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

Specific conditions for shipments outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:

An additional payment for customs clearance at origin (Spain) may be required, which will be calculated by the transport company you choose, if it cannot be charged directly upon arrival (to your company).

Please also note that another customs clearance fee, as well as local duties and taxes, must be paid once the goods arrive at their destination.

Specific conditions for shipments to European Union countries other than Spain:

You must prove that you are registered in the EU VAT or I.V.A. registers to be able to buy without paying taxes at origin (Spain). You must then declare it in your country.

Check if you are registered in the Taxation Customs Union database.

If you are not registered, you will be required to pay the Spanish taxes (21% on the amount already paid) before we ship your order.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

As indicated in Article 366 of the Spanish Commercial Code: “Within twenty-four hours of receipt of the goods, a claim can be made against the carrier for any damage or breakage found when opening the packages, provided that signs of damage or breakage can be observed on the outside of the packages, in which case a claim will only be admitted at the time of receipt. After the aforementioned period or once payment has been made, no claim shall be admitted against the carrier concerning the condition in which the goods were delivered.”

WARRANTY

All materials we supply come with a 6-month warranty against any malfunction, provided they are used under normal conditions or installed according to current standards.

The warranty is limited to reimbursement of its value, upon documented proof of malfunction, excluding shipping costs if it was not shipped freight prepaid, without entitling the Buyer to further compensation.

TAXES

All taxes currently in force and any future taxes that may apply to the delivery of our materials shall be borne by the Buyer.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

All shipments are made from our warehouse. Our company, service, and production plant are located at Pol. Ind. Itziar, plot C2, 20829 Deba, Gipuzkoa (Spain).

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The buyer can track their order. After the order is confirmed and shipped, the customer will receive information on the status of their order along with the tracking number provided by the carrier.

HOW LONG WILL THE SHIPPING TAKE?

The shipping time will depend on the destination country.

HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING COST?

It will depend on the weight, packaging dimensions, and shipping method. Inform us of your country’s postal code, and we will calculate the most optimal and cost-effective shipping option. Each customer also has the option to pick up the package personally.  

WHICH COMPANY WILL HANDLE THE SHIPMENT?

Shipments will be handled by Mail Boxes and DSV, with the choice depending on the destination.
